We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from STOMP Athletics. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy on most products. This means you may return your item within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund, provided the item meets the conditions outlined below.
To begin a return, please visit the Contact page on our website and submit a request. Our customer support team will provide you with the next steps for processing your return. STOMP Athletics will provide a prepaid return shipping label for you to download and print. $9.99 will be deducted from your refund for the shipping label. Please securely package your item and include all original materials. STOMP Athletics is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit back to us.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original packaging and must be in new, unused condition. Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage outside of normal shipping will not qualify for a refund. Please ensure that all packaging materials, accessories, and documentation that came with the product are included with your return.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you that it has been processed. Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 3 business days after processing for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
