How do I install and use STOMP?
STOMP is a new product to the market space so let’s talk through the best way to size the STOMP to fit your shoe and the best way to install it and use it.
Check your shoe type to see if the STOMP fits your sneaker. The size of the shoe armor when installed is about 4.3” long so you want to make sure that the distance from your top shoe lace to your bottom shoe lace is at least that length. If your shoe lace distance is shorter than 4.3 inches, then the STOMP will be too big for your shoe (note, we are working on additional sized to fit more sneaker types).
2. If your shoe has a lower lace divider (image below), you can simply slide the Velcro attachments under the lower laces and attach the Velcro to the back of the STOMP shoe armor. If your lower lace does not have a lace divider, then you may want to slide the Velcro attachment through the lower 2 or 3 laces (as shown in the image above).
3. After installing the lower Velcro straps through the laces, you can now fold the STOMP upwards and lace in the top through the eyelets. Generally, it is recommended to lace from the front to the back so that the laces sit behind the STOMP logo when the shoe is tied.
4. Tie the sneaker as you normally would and now your STOMP is ready for swiping to clean the dust from the sneaker.
